Zara likes toys

As she opens up, she'll start to bark when she hears noise. She'll wag her tail when he sees me come home or just giving her praise. 

The thing that surprises me is that as a tiny little thing, she loves to chew. Not small fluffy things. Big, nylabone, bully stick chews. We play the "no that's not your toy" game all the time. She starts at corners of play cribs and we say "no". She's shocked. lol 

So this weekend finally went to bother chews and she loves them all!! Who knew?

Zara's real personality

  She's shy, yes. When you first meet her, it'll take some time to adjust.  But oh boy, she's darling when she finds out your hers to love forever.  She's starting to walk up to my daughter and I and waking us up in the morning. Giving morning kisses.  It's summer and she would always lay on the couch and bed, but she will now get warm and jump on the floors to cool off. She then looks like a little loaf.  She's great to groom. We've had to trim her face few times already to show those pretty eyes.  She barely barks, truly a great apartment dog or someone who wants a quiet chill pup.

Waggy tail

  She definitely loves when it's sunny and even hot. Odd considering she's a black dog and heats up, but she loves basking. She loves when the lawn is freshly mowed and not tickling her belly or taller than she is. It's her preference for potting conditions. 😂 She's starting to walk up in bed to ask for pets. She has really gotten down the jump down from bed "I need to go potty". When we're all sitting in the living room she'll start pacing by the door when she wants to go.  Otherwise she's completely content in a blanket, or pillow on the couch or bed.
